The Cabarita resort apartment project is a major and extensive refurbishment and expansion to an existing lake side motel into new resort apartments.

The project includes a complete strip of the existing units followed by new apartment fit-out, installation of a lift, roof terrace areas and refurbishment and expansion of the external building facade and ground level pool terrace and gazebo buildings and facilities.

The apartments will be a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units.
