Wayne is the Director of LVO and has over 30 years of professional experience working on projects locally, throughout Australia and overseas. His diverse portfolio of projects covers residential, aged care, mining and multi-use developments – large and small scale has afforded him with a rich understanding of architectural practice that he applies across all LVO operations.
Whether small-scale or a multi-million dollar development, Wayne’s approach is always client focused. He is committed to innovation in design, planning and project management, congruent with developing a thorough understanding of a client’s brief. He strives to provide clients with a resolution that is not only meaningful and long-lasting but far exceeds their expectations.
Having successfully designed five of his own profitable developments. Wayne truly understands the constraints and allowances associated with long term developments, and their feasibility as a viable business. He brings this knowledge in order to assist his clients to streamline the processes, enabling them to choose the best design options in order to get the most desirable outcome for their project.
