Through high quality classic design, Samford Grove Retirement Village defines a new standard in the design for retirement living that meets all possible requirements of contemporary living.

With a client brief to create affordable and environmentally responsible housing, LVO through a design of style and sustainability created healthy spaces for the user and achieved the objective of quality of life and environment.

Our design integrated with the environment to enhance the quality of the project through the recycling of rainwater; water saving taps, toilets and appliances; energy saving light fittings and appliances; natural light in internal rooms using fibre optic technology; solar hot water and outdoor lighting; landscaping using indigenous plants and an integrated design that directs breezes through the apartments.

In addition, environmentally conscious building materials and paint colours where chosen to respond to the Queensland climate to surpass energy efficiency guidelines and reduce emissions and potential hazards for asthma sufferers.
