LVO has been in the process of designing a redevelopment for the existing Robertson Park Retirement Village in Robertson, Queensland. A flexible development has been proposed, seperated into 3 stages to minimise disruptions to current residents and allow for an adjustable construction process in the future.

LVO proposed 128 new dwellings for the site – all with private balconies and highly accessible floor layouts and circulation spaces. To increase the livability of the site, a community facilities and administration level was included to foster a greater sense of shared space and a social relationships between residents.

An outdoor pool, gymnasium and therapy room are all catered for on site to minimise residents’ need to travel to reach quality health and fitness support and facilities.
