In mid 2009, LVO was engaged to develop a robust and contemporary design to act as an entry statement for the new Security Building at the BP Refinery on Bulwer Island, at the mouth of the Brisbane River, which met the strict criteria that the operations of the facility dictated.

In collaboration with Northbuild, LVO was engaged to work on the master planning and construction documentation of the landscape at a large new primary school near Yatala, Qld. In response to the site and the physical demands of an educational facility, an environmentally sustainable and robust landscape design was resolved, that is a positive addition to the school experience for both students and staff.

LVO were engaged to do a concept study of options for medium term mining accommodation in Clermont. The client had a 2000 sq m site and wanted to explore the potential to develop 10 detached dwellings that could be used for medium term accommodation and then strata titled and sold individually.
