Donna Collins has been Practice Manager at LVO since October 2006. Her previous diverse experiences as a manager at an international oil resource company, a supervisor at a printing and graphics business, and involvement in the fields of customer service and business management has equipped her to handle the challenges of managing the “behind-the-scenes” work at a multi-disciplinary design consultancy.
As Practice Manager, Donna and her Administration Team are responsible for providing the environment, support, and infrastructure our Production Teams need to deliver industry leading products and services. As well as managing our Administration Team, Donna is manager-in-charge of Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Quality Management.
Queensland born and bred, Greg is a director of LVO and is both an Architect and Landscape Architect. His extensive experience with residential developments has given him exposure to a wide range of project types from involvement in the commercial and domestic sector, heritage and facilities management.
A Registered Architect in Queensland since 1969, Greg is armed with a Bachelor of Architecture as well as a Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture. This double string to his bow allows Greg to provide clients with a well rounded approach to their project.
His extensive experience provides a foundation for Greg to provide expert witness and reporting in the area of Visual Assessment.
As the Manager for Landscape Architecture, Richard understands the importance of delivering client focused outputs.
With over 20 years professional experience with developments in Queensland, interstate and New Zealand, Richard has gained extensive industry experience in both private and public practice. His career has seen him managing multiple disciplines at a national multi-disciplinary firm in the delivery of urban design and environmental projects.
A Registered Landscape Architect armed with a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Richard brings to the table experience in design, documentation and construction supervision for major infrastructure and urban design projects for local and state government authorities.
At LVO he is particularly skilled in delivering design and construct commissions to budget. His special interests include ornamental lighting, wetland design, ESD for residential estate design and visual impact assessment.

Leslie is a highly regarded architect with extensive experience in architectural design, urban design and master planning of urban developments. In addition, Leslie has experience in giving evidence on a range of Planning and Environment Court matters. Leslie has previously served as the Senior Urban Design Advisor to the Queensland Government Architect, as the Principal Architect/Urban Designer at Gold Coast City Council, and as the Senior Advisor of Architecture and Urban Design at Redland Shire Council.
Managing our Visual Assessment team, Leslie provides expert advice on design and visual aspects of projects for both development applications and Planning of Environment Court Appeals. Our clients will benefit from Leslie’s significant depth and breadth of experience both in design and the assessment of design.
