Design Project Architect
LVO’ Architecture is a multi-disciplinary team, aspiring to lead the industry. We are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients not just what they want, but what they thought they could never have. With increasing workloads on residential, residential care and education projects, we are seeking applications from experienced motivated design orientated Project Architects with proven project based design skills, to assist in delivering the holistic solutions that exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
· Delivery of cost effective innovative designs
· Experience in running projects within a team environment
· 5 years post graduate experience
· Sound construction knowledge
· Client and construction supervision skills
· Expertise in ArchiCAD a must
Working closely with the Team Manager and the project team you will be required to lead personal communication with clients and consultants to ensure a comprehensive and exacting depth of solution to any design challenge.
